Oops? It looks like we have a carrier in the United States that will be selling the Sony Xperia Z2. Despite not having any U.S. carriers officially partnering to do so, it is now very likely that Verizon will carry Sony’s flagship smartphone.
The image above came from Sony’s official Google+ page for the Xperia brand. It shows a normal Xperia Z2 with a special piece of branding up top. A Verizon logo is sitting directly above the display. While nothing is official, this does resurrect the previous leak that the Xperia Z2 would indeed land on Big Red’s network.
