The death of British model and television personality Peaches Geldof was likely linked to heroin, authorities said Thursday, citing the toxicology report.
Geldof's husband, Thomas Cohen, found the 25-year-old slumped across the bed in their home in Wrotham, Kent on April 7. Her 11-month-old son was by her side.
Speaking in Kent, England on Thursday, Detective Chief Inspector Paul Fotheringham said Geldof's toxicology report revealed "recent use of heroin at levels which identified it was likely to have played a role in her death," the Guardian reports.
