Facebook recently acquired Oculus VR, the company behind the next generation virtual reality headset Oculus Rift, for a hefty $2 billion. Before the purchase, Oculus raised more than $91 million in venture funding after an incredibly successful Kickstarter campaign put them on the radar of techies and gamers alike.
