Fans of Family Guy — myself included — can rejoice in the freakin’ sweet news that Family Guy’s The Quest for Stuff is now available in the Play Store. Much like The Simpsons: Tapped Out, the game starts with the premise that after some shenanigans that destroys the entire town of Quahog you’re to rebuild the town, house by house — with hilarity along the way. Of course, like Tapped Out, you’re bombarded with in-app purchases with one of the quests being to purchase clams, the monetary unit that’s used to buy premium products and speed up building times. Some of the features include:
- Create a living Quahog that fits enjoyably in your pants
- Unlock hilarious outfits for your characters like Mermaid Peter, Bikini-Clad Quagmire, and Rambo Lois
- Send your characters on ridiculous quests
- Keep Quahog safe from pirates, evil chickens, and other invasions
- Peterfy your town with decorations such as The Petercopter, The Peterdactyl, and The Hindenpeter
- Unlock hundreds of brand new and classic animations
- PS: You can play this game in French, Italian, German, Spanish, Russian, and Brazilian Portuguese!
To begin the game, you’re treated to a mini episode where Family Guy get’s cancelled by the new FOX president, the Evil Chicken. After the battle that pits Peter against the Evil Chicken, it’s your time to fix Quahog one hilarious quest after another.
