In the summer blockbuster Dawn of the Planet of the Apes, angry chimpanzees caused a traffic jam on the Golden Gate Bridge, but on Friday evening it was two deer that made Bay Area commuters suffer a bumper-to-bumper bummer

The California Highway Patrol said the deer were in the busier northbound lanes leading out of San Francisco toward Marin County on Friday evening at about 5:30 p.m., according to the San Francisco Chronicle.
