Elliot Rodger, the man believed to be responsible for the shooting deaths of 6 people in Santa Barbara last night, uploaded a video to YouTube prior to the incident in which he outlined his murderous plans. YouTube has since taken down the video but not before news agencies across the country grabbed it.
