A lot happened in the Grey's Anatomy Season 11 premiere.
Derek decided not to go to Washington. Callie and Arizona debated about getting a surrogate. Bailey fought for her seat on the board. Maggie struggled to get along with Meredith, which bummed her out because she's waiting to drop the whole "I'm secretly your half-sister" bomb.

And a stretcher fell off the roof and onto a car during what might have been a Sharknado.
