Grammar is hard and punctuations marks can drastically change the message you're trying to convey.
A perfectly normal statement can become incredibly weird with a couple of misplaced quotation marks.
The biggest offender of misplaced quotation marks seems to be sign makers. Instead of underlining or italicizing phrases they're trying to emphasize, they've been wrapping them in quotes, making for some potentially creepy situations
